4-d ultrasound scans show the baby in the womb in real-time, and is like watching a video. They are fantastic, you can see exactly what the baby looks like. Try inquiring if there are any hospitals or clinics near you that offer this. The only downside of it is its not free of charge.

Ultrasound can help you to show the bone structure of the baby only. No body can paint the exact picture because you never know that whom features will it acquire , baby may get father's nose's shape and mother's hair. A research has shown that babies usually look more like father. No need to worry.
