Usually you would gain access to the internet through the built in wireless. If you don't have a wireless connection, there may be some homebrew applications that allow that, but it requires a modified firmware.

Yes plug it in go to internet internet options and get a program for your computer so you can send a wireless access point from your computer to connect ur psp from and you can get all the games as well as internet.
