What Are Some Good Exercises For A Tight Tummy? Like All Over. Different Ones For Different Places?

    Swimming laps, or, hard swimming is a very good all around body  toner.  Crunches by themselves are a good tummy toner.  Proper weight lifting or bodybuilding is the fastest and most effective body toner. Unless you are  eating correctly, you will not lose a lot of fat, though. Too trim down, eat meat, eggs, veggies, and a little healthy fat, olive oil, Krill oil, Fish oil, quarter slices of avocados. The body needs Krill oil for Omega 3's, which adds the right balance of fat types. I lost 45 pounds drinking sips out of different kinds of quality fats in bottles, so no one can tell me that fat make one fat. That is just not true. Traditional Eskimos lived on fish and whale blubber and were super healthy, but not fat.
    Fat bodies come from, too much sugar, grains, fruit juice and yes, even lots of sugary fruit. Berries have the least amount of sugar and are very healthy.
