Look at other blurtit questions on party games, too.
Chocolate and fancy dress. Works best for small groups.
Need a six-sided die and some dressing-up bits (apron, hat and gloves are traditional items). Children take turns throwing die; first to throw a six gets some fancy dress on and then starts eating a bar of chocolate with a knife and fork. Meanwhile, other children take turns trying to throw a six. When this happens, first child has to undress, and second puts all the stuff on and starts eating chocolate (with knife and fork). Frantic rolling of dice to get a 6, Continue until chocolate is all eaten!
Duck Duck Goose, best outdoors.
Children stand in a circle, one child stands out from circle to be IT. Circle does NOT close (keep space for IT). IT walks around on outside of circle tapping backs and saying "Duck, Duck, Duck..." until eventually they say "Goose!". IT and tapped-on child must race back to the gap in circle; goal is to be in the circle, not the odd one out doing the tapping. Play until almost bored of it.
