What Causes Problems With Bluetooth?
I tried two different bluetooths on samsung m500. I can hear the people talking but they can't hear me.

Your mobile or device is one channeled on bluetooth. You need to reset your mobile setting to default factory settings. It will solve your problem.

go to samsung customer care center, tell them to reset the setting.
