You can raise you voice through different methods.
You can print out a pamphlet showing the negative sides of the product and then distribute photocopies of it,

You can create an online blog and put videos and recordings,If available, like customer services call recordings showing their lack of interest for help OR Video showing how that product is not satisfying).
