I want to leave my job because a person who is less knowledgeable than me is getting more salary than me.

Find another job first and then tell them you have been given an opportunity to use your skills and get paid fairly. A current boss will not argue with you to stay unless they want to make a counter offer. Life is to short. I hope that you are able to find the job that suits you. Peace.
