Ambiguity means there is more than one possible meaning.
Vagueness means it is not clear what is meant.

Ambiguous : On Wednesday, you say "I can do that next Friday. (in 2 days or 9 days)
Vagueness: I might  help you later, if I have time and the sun is out. (not sure)
