I Have An Employee Who Frequently Calls In Sick, Once Or Twice A Month & Usually Uses Up Sick Leave. I've Tried To Talk To Him But He Doesn't See Anything Wrong With It, What Should I Do?
I need solid reasons why it's not good - why it hurts the entire dept, organization etc. He believes he has it to use.

Try assigning him a task that has a strict deadline and for which he has to come regularly to the office. If he still maintains his regular absence, you can penalise him then.
Try using a sign and and sign out time for their daily work hours count and schedule pays accordingly so they know the more they take leave, the more their pay will be cut. Also try to find out what his real problem is, he may actually have a genuine reason.
