Is There Any Way I Can Remove Black Permanent Marker From A Yellow Shirt Made Of 100% Cotton?
Since this is a fairly new shirt that cost more than average and I am very fond of, I would like to salvage it if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Acetone is the active ingredient that dissolves permanent marker.
Household goods that contain acetone are nail polish remover and rubbing alcohol (only the USA brand of rubbing alcohol!) I hope this helps; try to test on a cotton rag first, before attempting it on your shirt.
