HI, I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN BY END STAGE MS.  BUT I DO HAVE MS AND HAVE HAD SO FOR OFFICIALLY 10 YEARS.  WITH MS YOU CAN HACE NUMBNESS IN HANDS LEGS ETC.  TREMORS, WHERE YOU SHAKE MILDLY WHEN TRYING TO DO SOMETHING, LIKE WRITING, IT IS REALLY WOBBLY.  SPASAMS, LIKE CHARLY HORSES IN YOUR FEET, HANDS, MIDDLE, TOES, JUST WIERD PLACES THAT TWIST YOU IN ODD  DIRECTIONS.  MEMORY PROBLEMS, MINE IS LIKE A LITE BULB THAT GOES ON OR OFF.  SOMETIMES I AM QUITE BRIGHT AND OTHERS I CANNOT DO THE SIMPLEST THINGS BECAUSE I FORGET HOW TO.  WEAKNESS IN YOUR LEGS, THE MORE I DO ESPECIALLY IF HOT THE WEEKER I FEEL AND PRETTY SOON I CAN BARLEY MAKE MY LEGS WORK.  EXTREME FATIGUE NOTHING LIKE BEING JUST TIRED OR OVERWORKED, IT IS SO BAD THAT IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE TOOK A STRAW AND SUCKED ALL OF THE ENERGY RIGHT OUT OF YOUR BODY.

ANYWAYS, HOPE THIS HELPS, ALSO GO ON LINE FOR OTHER INFORMATION.  WEB MD, NATIONAL MS SOCIETY,  ETC.

    GOOD LUCK

My best friend has had MS for 25 yrs. She has now lost the used of her arms and legs completely. She has a sub-pubic catheter to help with her constant bladder infections. She continues to have bladder infections and has had so many antibiotics over the years that they are not working for her any more. It seems for her an infection will be the cause of her death. I too have done many searches over the years about end stage MS. It seems it varies greatly. Many people are fortunate to have a much less severe case and able to live a long and relatively healthy life. I hate this disease because its really cheated my friend out of a normal life.
