    Green Tea is made from the Camellia Sinensis leaves. The origin of Green Tea lies in the country China.  Through China it spread into various parts of the world like Asia, Middle East and Japan.

    Green Tea has many health benefits and uses. That is why in the recent years, its use has also spread in the Western part of the world because of the benefits associated with it. It is said to lower the chances of heart diseases and cancer.

    Research has also shown its benefits when weight loss is required. It helps in losing weight. Normally it is suggested that Green Tea be consumed with Lemon juice and without sugar for maximum benefits. It is also recommended that Green Tea be consumed with lemon juice as much as possible. It helps in liquefying of fats inside the human body.
