Why Do Different Areas Of The British Isles Have Different Temperatures?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Because the British Isles cover quite a large area, over 1,000 miles from top to bottom, and different regions within the British Isles are influenced by different factors. The northern part is exposed to the North  Atlantic and the south east is very close to Europe and therefore the climate is more continental.
