What Happens When You Get A Credit Card?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

When you get a credit card you are eligible to take credit up to a particular limit. A credit card basically is a system of payment, named after the small plastic card allotted to the consumers of the system.

A credit card is quite dissimilar from a debit card because it that it does not withdraw cash from the user's account after each and every transaction. In case of credit cards, the issuing company of the credit card lends money to the customers. It is also quite dissimilar from a charge card, which necessitates the balance to be paid in one shot each month.

Whereas compared to a credit card it permits the shopper to 'revolve' their balance, at the cost of having interest being laid.
