I Have 2 Bulging Disks On My Neck. What Are My Options?

Most usual sites of disc bulging are lower back and neck. Following treatment option will be  available after visiting neurologist.

1. Complete rest
2. Lifting restrictions
   
3. Avoid movements of neck to minimum
4. Heat and ice therapy
5. NSAIDs
6. Cortisone injections
7. Use of disc decompressor
   
8. Sometimes surgery is also needed.

I know what you are going through. All the discs in my neck are bulging.
They pinch off the nerves in the spinal cord. This is why you are experiencing migraines.
Jimmy18 has given you some very good advice. Seek medical help from a Neurologist. The pain medication will not take the nerve pain and migraines away. The anti-inflammatory med will help with the burning sensation you are surely feeling.
Ask the neurologist for something to help the (Nerve) pain. Regular pain meds are not going take the headaches away. You will probably need something for nerve pain.
Be careful with pain meds. Ask the doctor if the med is addictive and what is in the medication.
The Cortisone injections may help for a while, but remember that they are a lot like putting a bandaid over the wound. They won't cure the problem. If you decide to get the injections, be sure not to overdo it or lift heavy objects. Because you will worsen the problem, even though you are not feeling the pain.
Would like to suggest that if your doctor recommends surgery, you talk to other people who have had this particular surgery before doing anything. Then, if you decide to go ahead with the operation, take time to research and find the best surgeon in your area for the job.
You can take up to 800 mil. Ibuprofen. Such as Motrin. It is an anti-inflammatory, but make sure that you take it with an 8 0z. Glass of whole milk because it is very rough on the stomach lining otherwise.
