How To Exchange MP3 Player ?
Purchased a BEOND MP3 Player on internet..it's faulty..trying to contact BEOND to exchange..company is a HUGE supplier from China..I've tried emailing, etc, but can't find any help... How can I get them to notice me (a little fish in a huge ocean) and make good on their product?

Sounds like you are on an uphill battle. Where did you buy the mp3 player, direct from them on their website or through a third party.
