Does The Weather Affect Your Health?

I get the most awful migraines before a thunderstorm and my joints hurt when it rains. Does the weather affect any of you and if so in what way?

Weather extremities can be quite dangerous in one way or the other for- instance high humidity can exacerbate arthritis and a warm wind may aggravate some migraines. In Germany, television stations have in the past reported  daily weather-related health problems. Hope this can help.

My knees and elbows ache like crazy when its going to rain - often as early as the day before!

I also get Seasonal Affective Disorder (Winter Blues) from the lack of light during winter...

I get migraines when the barometric pressure changes, usually when it drops like right before a thunderstorm.  Sometimes just the change in elevation brings them on...we live in the desert approximately 500 ft above sea level and when we go to the mountains at 7,000 ft. It causes migraines.
