How Does A 13 Year Old Teen Guy Ask Another Girl Out On A Date?

For a first date just invite her to do something very ordinary like going for a coffee or coke.

You could say - I'm on my way for a drink would you care to join me.  If she says she cannot do it then follow it up by asking if she would like to come with you another time.  

Doing it casually like this is a great way of making the initial step without being embarrassing or risking getting too hurt if she says no.

When you see her look at her till she looks at you then quickly look away but make sure she see's you do this for a few days then go up to her babble but make it clear what you are saying Eg i was um maybe wondering if maybe possibly we might um if ar um u want o maybe go out some were . Talk fast skratch head then run away if she likes you she will probably respond
