Here is the copy & paste I said to "Moe" above. Please read past it I added more to answer this question. Text him back to tell your friend himself! That is not your job or anybody elses job. That could put a strain on your friendship. (Are you discussing boyfriend & girlfriend?) Are you a girl? Your friend might think you're into the (ex)boyfriend or that he's into you because "why else would he be texting you and not your friend. Keep out of it... This is no good DRAMA. Or if you are a guy... Why are you being the mouth piece of this dude?
