What Does Baxter Mean?

The word Baxter has many meaning all of which originated from the famous Baxter which meant "baker", initially a Scottish and East Anglican name.

Many famous people share the surname Baxter, like for instance Gary Wayne Baxter who is a well known American Football player.

Baxter plays football for the Cleveland Browns, standing at six feet two inches and weighing two hundred and fifteen pounds, gives him the capability to play both safety as well as cornerback in the NFL.

Initially after playing in a situation and reserve role for Baltimore during his recruit season, Baxter featured in forty six games over the period of next three years. During this period, he became an integral part of one of the best Defences in NFL. His career record stands at six interceptions, thirty six passes defended three sacks, two fifty three tackles and two forced fumbles.
