You would require a visa in order to visit Bahamas. For this purpose you must have a valid passport, a complete visa application form, proof of sufficient funds, 2 passport size photographs, itinerary of trip, Return tickets, Proof of employment, Hotel booking documents or letter of invitation. You should apply to the Consulate or the Consular section of the Embassy or High Commission of Bahamas. Unfortunately there is no Embassy of Bahamas in the Philippines, so you would have to apply to the Bahamian Embassy in United States. The contact is:
