How Many Museums Are There In Bristol?

Bristol is as much known for its maritime history as for the number of museums it houses reflecting the local culture as it evolved throughout the centuries; the city is home to quite a number of museums dealing with various themes.

Some of the famous museums that could be mentioned are Red Lodge, Blaire Castle House Museum, Georgian House, City Museum and Art Gallery, British Empire and Commonwealth Museum, Bristol Industrial Museum which recently expanded in to the Museum of Bristol, ss Great Britain and At-Bristol.
