Any Tips, I Need To Give A Presentation At Work?

Certainly.  First off, you need to know that nearly everyone gets nervous giving a presentation.  One of the keys to getting past this is not to focus on your audience, but to focus on your topic instead.  Of course you should check the audience's temperature from time to time and look at them, smile and connect with them.  However, there's no need to stare at them until you get paranoid (both of you).

Use a projector, borrow it a few days before until you work out how to set it up quickly and deal with any issues, also have a rehearsal with the laptop you will use.  Use a good programme like Apple's Keynote or MS Powerpoint (if you must).  Make your presentations simple and about the content and not about the flashy moving icons.

Speak slowly and clearly, people have a tendency to rush and don't be afraid or embarrassed, be proud and confident, this tends to help people to take in the information better if they believe in the speaker.  Frightened people who look apologetic, tend to be treated less seriously.
