What Age Should Girls Wear Make-up?

I would say when u start to get pimples or white/blackheads. I am 12 going on 13 and i have been wearing it for about a year now. So it doesnt really matter. Whenever you are ready!!

I am thinking at the age of 13- IF THEY HAVE SHOWN  that they can be trusted to cleanse their own face properly and take care of their personal grooming without constant reminder that they are probably ready.  I say this because young girls are active and we wouldn't want their skin to suffer permanently because they didn't cleanse properly after wearing makeup. I am of the opinion that if you have a teen that is interested in makeup to emphasize their natural features that it can be a memorable and fun experience to go shopping to have a makeover together. A flawless and natural look is usually all a young girl is interested in anyway to start.  I would personally choose a salon/ counter that understands that your daughter is a newcomer to the makeup industry and that you (as her parent) are not looking for smokey eyes or anything dramatic just yet. I speak as a professional who has worked in a salon for years.  When your young teen shows respect for the boundaries and wear what you feel appropriate, they then can then experiment, play and have some fun...we all needed to learn for ourselves right? They just should not leave the house looking like they are "searching for a corner"....hahahaha. Enjoy...makeup is a fun part of being a girl! Embrace it and have some fun learning and laughing...they will look ridiculous at times....just quickly run for the camera! : )

14 - 15 I think this ages are the best for girls to start wearing makeup.though girls this young don't really need it and are just messing up there skin at an early age.

13-14..... Its not a big deal for 13-14 year olds to wear mascara or cover up or eye liner .....As long as they dont over due it or make themselves look like clowns its ok...
Parents just lighten up on your teens
They r trying to experience new things and have their own individuality... LET THEM GROW UP!!!
