It is dificult to know what you mean by "Spindle".
But I think you mean the spindle that is part of the front suspension.
This spindle is part of the drveshaft. To remove the driveshaft you will have to first disconnect the inner CV joint from the transmission and then loosen and remove the big nut from the outter end of the drivshaft. Depending on your exact year and model there could be a few other parts to work on too.
