I Want To Get An Annulment Or A Divorce
I have been with this guy for 8 years and we have 2 boys together.but he has been into trouble alot while we have been together.and this past time he was in prison he asked me to marry him bcoz he said he has changed.so i agreed to and we did.but the thing is he got out and now hes back in prison again.i cant live like this no more.and i want out.please help me

I had the same situation if you two live together and he's in prison and is going to be gone at least a year you can file for abandonment and get your divorce that way really quick and easy if not try your local legal aid.
