You may have to file a form TD F 90-22. 1 with the IRS. If you have an account in a foreign country that exceeds $10,000.00 at any time in 2007, you are required to file this form. If you had taxable interest from a foreign source, you have to report it by law on your tax form, weather you received a 1099int or not.
