If you have signed the paperwork and there is no written clause stating specifically that you can back out of the contract, you are legally screwed. If this is the case you only have a few options. You can (and should) talk to your financier and HOPE that they will work with you; you can continue to make payments; or you can default and have the car repossessed (which will royally screw your credit for a LONG time).
