I'm going to assume you are a girl.
I'm also going to assume you have already lost your virginity, and that you are not thinking about losing it and want you know beforehand if you can get it back.
If you REALLY want to physically be a "virgin" (have an intact hymen) again, then there is an operation you can have done.
You can have surgery to reconstruct your hymen.
But you still won't be a virgin in your heart.

Guys normally don't care (unless religion is involved), and even if religion is the cause, a guy who truly loves you will understand and will judge you based on who you are NOW, not the mistakes you've made. Only in spirit dear, if the hymen has been broken than you are virgin no more, physically. If you remain celebate from now on, then you will be virgin in your heart. That takes discipline and self respect. Blessings to you and Be good to yourself you are worthy.

Fair enough - then no, it can't be - sorry - you can always block it out of your mind, sex is inevitable - if you had a bad experience, you can try to block it from your mind....but....if it was a REALLY bad experience and you didnt consent, i'd suggest the police...or a gun
