My Mortgage Is In My Name Only, But My Husband Is On The Deed. Can He Refinance In His Name Only?

Answer Question

The house or what ever is mortgage regardless who name it is in. If you are not named on the deed then you falsely gave information to mortgage the house. Only you can refinance the mortgage and no one else. The deed if in both  names is mportage property. You, I would guess had better credit to moprtage the property than your spouse.
