This Question is Answered
My CRT Monitor Does Not Turn On At Once,what's Wrong?
I'm using a DELL CRT monitor that is 12 years old. It is working excellent when turned on, but takes about five minuted to start up. The power light is orange for that five minutes and then turnd to green after that and then ok. Anyway, I thought to buy a better monitor. I checked the VGA and no problem there.
