How To Loose Weight With Out Pills Or Exercise ..?

I have tried every pill there is to loose weight it don't work i don't like to do exercise's that good... Does anyone know any kind of tea or anything i can do to loose weight..?

      You can lose weight by taking green tea in the morning when you wake up..Another great method of losing weight(which happens to be my favorite) is the "Protein Diet Plan". You don't have to starve in order to lose weight according to this diet plan.Just eat meals with protein contents. You are only allowed to intake white meat (Chicken, fish, mutton), Red meat (Beef), sausages, Egg white, and mushrooms. But try not to fry them in oil. Go for the boiled meat and other stuff. In protein diet, you are avoiding sugar and fats, so all these things will provide your body the necessary protein for repair and maintenance of the body tissues, and you will  own body fats will get burned in order to provide energy to your body for whatever you do. You will  feel the difference in three to four days.
      Note: Try this diet for 3 to 7 days every month, or twice in a month.
