It depends on what is wrong with you. If you got in some kind of accident and became horribly scarred or disfigured then it would definitely help, but for regular people with nothing wrong with them, it usually makes them look worse. (Remember Plastic Surgery is just like any other surgery, it too leaves behind huge scars.)

It really depends on what you are having done, whether it is the vein breast surgery, or for disfiguration. In the case of being disfigured, then yes, it could change your outlook at life, as people won't look at you that same way when they see you. Hope this helps, good luck.
