I dont think there are 10 side effects. All i could find was the below. MMR contains 3 different types of vaccines. Each vaccine has a different side effect at different times.

About a week to 10 days after the vaccine children may become feverish and develop a measle like rash. They can also go off their food and feel nauseas. This is due to the measles part of the vaccine starting to work.
About 3-4 weeks later a child might develop a mild form of mumps.
In 6 weeks the child might develop but very rarely a rash

very rarely children can have severe allergic reactions but this can be treated if it occurs.

IDP a bleeding disorder can occur and has been recognised as a side effect but this again is a very rare occurance.

A possible side effect is DEATH according to the CDC and VAERS.  Anaphylactic shock is a reported side effect and can result in death.  The CDC admits that reported cases of adverse reactions are necessarily low because doctors rarely inquire into a patients vaccination history when they come in with shock.  Japan raised their immunization age to two years and the instance of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome instantly diminished.  Why doesn't the US consider this?  Instead we immediately inject infants with a host of toxins preserved in mercury upon their arrival in the world.  Get the facts.  Know your rights.
