Rabbits also eat what is Cecil pellets.  It looked like rabbit poopy but, is smaller, stuck together and stinky. It is necessary for them to consume as it aids in the balance of good and bad bacteria. PLEASE make sure your vet is an EXOTICS SPECIALIST. Not everyone knows how to treat rabbits. Unfortunately, I know this from experience. Not sure why your is on so many meds.

Well you need to give it a full training
You should ask it to go to a certain place for potty. Put a tray on a corner and let it go to the place where the tray has placed. One thing you can do is to put the tray where the rabbit mostly wants to go. After some days change the position of the tray step by step and when the rabbit has done with potty, immediately pick the tray. I know it would be difficult in the start but you will adjust with time.
