One has to keep checking on the field in order to begin the harvest subsequent to the kernels having fully dried. You need to start harvesting as soon as possible after this happens. There are a lot of factors that could go wrong like snow rain, hail or a big wind storm that could prevent you from harvesting the wheat and could devastate the quality of your crop.
