Click on 'Start', 'Control Panel' and 'Appearance and Themes'. Then click on 'User Account Picture' in the top left.
Click on 'Browse for More Pictures' underneath the selection of existing pictures. This will take you to your 'My Pictures' folder and will display all your images that you have saved on your computer. Select the picture that you wish to use and then click on 'Open'.
The picture will be added to the existing selection and you can just click on it and click 'Change Picture'.
You can gather more images by browsing the internet and right-clicking on any image that you wish to add to your 'My Pictures' folder. After you've right-clicked on the image, click on 'Save Picture As' and give your chosen image a name. Then Click 'Save'.
To add any images to your user account pictures just access the 'My Pictures' folder like you did before and click 'Open' and the picture will be added to the existing selection.
