I don't have this installed on my computers at the moment so I'll have to go with windows XP which is the same...At the least you'll know where about this is done.

Go to the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and then Computer Management. Under Computer Management (Local), expand System Tools if not already expanded and expand Local Users and Groups if not already expanded;  Select the sub folder called Users and a list of users will apear on the right side.  Right click on the user that you wish to set the password for and select the proper option from the pop up menu or Select a user and click on Action from the main menu, an option should say set password or change password.
