Every province should built ther own dams. No need to get approval or razamandi from other provinces.
Every province should study and start immediatly. Otherwise al pakistanis be ready wen indians will kick on our ass. Then we will run away and no country will give us a place to live.
For god sake do some thing on provinces level. Central govt is useless.
I am from panjab puthwar area. Puthwar is the area wher already dungi dam was built and ther so many more dams can be built up. Only need the leadership to take it seriously.
