It may be the pump going out, but i would first disconnect drain hose and make sure it is not plugged. Check for plugged lines. The pump how ever is used to pull water out during spin, could be a disconnected wire.while unplug i would visually check wires for disconnect or burn wires.

I had the same problem. Worked on the pump and all the parts for about 2 hours and realized it had nothing to do with the pump but the lid switch. Before you check anything, make sure it is not the lid switch. The screws are hold by a plastic that may wear with time. Remove both screws from the top, take the switch out and make sure the holes where the screws go, are in perfect condition. If one of them is broken, thats it. You found your problem.
