Can You Write The Difference Between Applied&basic Research?

    Basic research is a type of research in which the investigation is based on the scientist's curiosity or scientific question.  The primary purpose of the basic reserach is to expand man's knowledge and not to invent something. On the other hand, applied research is the one which deals with solving practical problems of the modern world. This research is conducted for the sake of exploring something and not to only acquire knowledge. The primary goal of this type of research is to improve the human condition.
