My Dog Is 5 Months Old And Is Not Active As He Was 3 Days Ago. He Spit Up A Clear Liquid And Has Been Sleeping Alot Today. What Is Wrong With Him?

There is possibility of hairball. It can be suffering from Yellow Fever. You should give him some anti-biotic to get rid of this disease. When pets don't feel alright, they sleep and relax.
Heat stroke can also be a cause of vomiting. Get its thorough check up. May be it has eaten something wrong.
