Manchester United is a very famous football club from the English Premier league. The Manchester United Stadium is located in Trafford in Greater Manchester. Their home stadium is known as the 'Old Trafford' Stadium. The stadium also has some other names such as; Stretford stadium or the Greater Manchester Stadium.
Manchester United has won many championships under the reign of their manager for 20 years 'Sir Alex Ferguson'. Sir Alex Ferguson was knighted for this service to the club. Under his management, Manchester United won many championships and league titles. However the most famous feat in his reign was the famous 'Treble' wins in the 1998/1999 season.
In the 98/99 season Manchester united not only won the English Premier League, they also won the titles for The FA cup and the UEFA Champions League. This season was known as 'The Treble' season for Manchester United.
