    Drink green tea or white tea. These doesn't dehydrate the body as other teas does such as red tea or black tea because these contains a lot of antioxidants. At the same time it keeps you healthy and more alert. Believe, after getting a max of 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night, green tea was the only thing that saved me from sleeping in school.

    Also, sugar drinks might help but only for a small amount of time. Afterwards, you'll start feeling drowsy.

      Well for me, i eat mints with high sugar in them or i chew gum that has a lot of flavor. Try it
