The bigger the guy the bigger the size! I mean in normal proportions.

Black men's penis' don't reduce in size as much as a white man's due to the fact white men have adapted to colder climates therefore the penis shrinks further closer to the body for warmth. So they can be quite misleading as they can get quite large when aroused. Though I do think black men tend to be larger.
I think body size has nothing do with the size of the private. There is no propotion at all... I am very tall have many short guys around who have bigger... Its about inheritance....
My first boyfriend was a white guy, 6'4" and his penis was normal length and girth. My sister married a white guy 6'5" and his penis is both long and big around, lucky sister!!
