All you need to do is wash and slice your selection, toss it onto a plate and enjoy! Of course, you can have your meal ready even quicker if you buy a packet of ready prepared salad!

Haroest is good. It's just Chopped Apples, Chopped nuts (usually walnuts) and a little bit of red wine. Mix it up and you've got a good, low calorie, low fat, passover type snack.
