My Kitten Is 3 Weeks Old And Is Vomiting A White Substance It Smells Just Like Baby Spit Up, What Can I Do?

It probably is milk, and the kitten could simply have just overeaten, and had to regurgitate the excess because of lack of room in the tummy. Typically, they don't know when to quit because of the lack of experience. I would keep a close eye on the kitten for some time, and if the kitten should happen to develop any new symptoms, I would get it to the vet. Hope this helps, good luck.
