    Well its not the healthiest way, but you can lose at least 5lbs of water weight in just one day if you don't eat or drink anything, take diretics and sit in a dry sauna until you get results. Just know that this can result in shock or dehydration, but unless you do it every single day for a week or you are technically obese, you should be fine. This method is used by mma fighters to make weight for fights, and also models who need to make cut for auditions. All it really takes is enough motivation to force yourself to sit through the heat, and resist the temptation for drink water.
