Try a cotton ball soaked in pure acetone. This can be purchased at a beauty supply store.
Please make sure you use an old towel underneath as a blotter and just dab a little at a time. This make take several applications....but....it should remove the polish. Be sure to launder as per the directions on the bedspread and NEVER smoke while using acetone as it is HIGHLY flammable.
