It sounds like you need to seek some help.  He had no business coming to your house uninvited.  First of all, I would write down all the times he made advances to you- dates, times, location, what happened etc.  So you have a record.  You might need to go to the police just to see what you cn do, they should be able to help you with a sexual harassment resource,. Or check the phone book or internet for a resource.
When you are at home, lock all the dorrs, and do not answer the door if he is there.  Do you have caller ID?  Don't pick up if he call.  But document all these events- have your neighbors watch your house too.  You need to protect your self-   have someone stay with you at night if possible.

This is not like not the old days. You can report sexual harassment in the workplace. But you are going to have to go to your bosses boss. And the law states that if you are being harassed you can report it without the fear of losing your job or you do have a very viable lawsuit that any attorney would be happy to take. Don't rollover for this guy shut him down Hard!!!

One thing I have learned is that there is ALWAYS someone over someone else's head.. Find that someone and file sexual harassment
